Hotel 1. Republic je situován v centru Prahy, 400 metrů od Václavského náměstí, v klidné lokalitě a v přímém dosahu hromadné dopravy. Vznikl rekonstrukcí prvorepublikového domu (rok výstavby 1925) a je vybaven a certifikován na úroveň 4**** dle standardů AHRČR ve stylu „První republiky“.

(První republika je označení pro Československo v období od jeho vzniku v roce 1918 do Mnichovské dohody roku 1938; následující období až do okupace zbytku republiky se označuje jako druhá republika. Toto názvosloví bylo odvozeno od Francie, kde jsou republiky číslovány od Velké francouzské revoluce).

V hotelu 1.Republic najdete 30 dvoulůžkových pokojů, 8 apartmánů (50 m²), 4 apartmány de luxe (60 m²) a 1 rodinné apartmá RADIUM pro 8 osob (160 m²).  Každý pokoj i apartmán bude vybaven klimatizací, ventilací, minibarem, trezorem, LCD televizorem, DVD přehrávačem, telefonem s přímou volbou, pevným připojením na internet, WIFI, koupelnou s toaletou, vysoušečem vlasů, sprchovým koutem nebo vanou. Nabízíme možnost připravit si šálek čaje a kávy přímo na pokoji. Všechny pokoje nabízejí maximální komfort s akcentem na bezpečnost, například chipové karty pro přístupy do jednotlivých zón či nová generace požární signalizace. V hotelu dále najdete recepci s nepřetržitým provozem, lobby bar, stolní tenis, elektronické šipky, beauty  wellness centrum, mini-půjčovnu DVD, knižní koutek, školící a kongresové centrum, které se skládá ze dvou sálů s celkovou kapacitou 100 osob.

Hotel nabízí svým hostům standardní služby na úrovni 4****, kromě jiného   i hlídání dětí a možnost užití vybaveného dětského koutku. Samozřejmostí je volný přístup na internet.

Vždy chceme našim klientům nabídnout i něco navíc, proto bude každému hostu, ihned po příjezdu, servírován jedinečný prvorepublikový dort dle tajného, rodinného receptu provozovatele hotelu. Tuto delikatesu ochutnali například Dr. František Běhounek či Maria Curie-Skłodowska a další osobnosti První republiky.

The Hotel 1. Republic is located in the very centre of Prague, some 400 meters from the Wenceslas Square, in a peaceful locality and within easy reach of the public transport. It has come into being by reconstruction of the first-republic house (built in 1925), has been awarded the star rating 4**** according to the standards of Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants and is equipped in the style of the “First Republic”.

(The First Republic is designation for Czechoslovakia in the period from its establishment in 1918 till the Munich Agreement in 1938; the next period till occupation of the remaining part of the republic is designated as the Second Republic. This terminology has been derived from France, where the republics are numbered from the French Revolution).

The Hotel 1. Republic offers 30 double bed rooms, 8 suites (50 m²), 4 suites deluxe (60 m²) and 1 family apartment for 8 people (160 m² ). Each room and suite will be equipped by the air-conditioning unit, ventilation, mini-bar, safe deposit box, LCD TV, DVD player, direct dial telephone, fixed internet connection, WIFI, bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, shower cabinet or bathtub. We also offer the possibility to prepare a cup of tea or coffee directly in the room/suite. All rooms have the maximum comfort and accentuate safety, e.g. the chip cards for access into individual zones or the fire alarm system of the new generation. You can also find the reception desk here available round the clock, the lobby bar, table tenis, darts, beauty wellness centre, DVD mini library, book lending room, training and congress centre consisting of two rooms with the total capacity of 100 seats.

The Hotel offers standard services conforming to the rating 4****, including, but not limited to, baby-sitting and use of the well-equipped children’s playroom. Free access to internet goes without saying.

We always want to offer something extra to our clients and therefore upon arrival each guest will be served the unique first-republic cake made by the secret family recipe of the hotel owner. This delicacy was tasted for instance by Dr. František Běhounek or Maria Skłodowska Curie and by other prominent personalities of the First Republic.
